The Heat Trap Water Vest Chillers are self- contained chilled water storage and supply system providing chilled water to water cooled vests for workforce in hot environments. Water cooled vests improves comfort, safety, and productivity. The Heat Trap WVC050 Water Vest Chillers are designed to provide chilled water at a rate of up to 60 Liters/hour per vest.

Each chiller can service up to five (5) water cooled vests. The Heat Trap WVC050 Water Vest Chillers are free standing self-contained units which are filled with potable water and connected with a single phase 10-amp 240V general purpose power supply. Galvabond steel frame and galvanized steel plates ensure suitability for all industrial and mining applications

•  Non-Plumbed system operates with potable water and maintains 150kPa pressure required for circulation through water cooled vests and hoses.
• Supports hoses up to 20m long.
• Built in circulation pump to circulate water for up to five (5) water cooled vests through pressure reduction valves.
• Chilled water stored at 8ºC (Factory Setting).
• Single phase 10A 240V electrical supply.
• The Heat Trap WVC050 Water Vest Chillers can service up to five (5) cooling vests.
• Header tank to replace any air which gets trapped in chilled water storage tank through connecting hoses.
