Frame Type Silt Curtain

Frame Type Silt Curtain to fully enclose the working area of each grab dredger while carrying out the dredging works, to minimize the sediment run away to the surrounding area during the dredging operation.
This frame-type silt curtain is made by a steel frame with a floating buoy fixed on the top frame such that it is floating on water. A silt curtain membrane or similar product is mounted on the four sides of the steel frame, and ballast is attached to the bottom of the silt curtain extending from the seabed to the seawater level to cover the entire water column. The dredging works by the grab dredger would then be carried out within the frame-type silt curtain.
